GoodSearch Toolbar is an add-on for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Every action you perform using this tool will mean a direct economic benefit to a charity of your choice. It works as a toolbar that will be added to your browser, and that you can use to perform searches using keywords that Yahoo! Search will manage for you. Yahoo! will pay them for every search done through GoodSearch, while GoodSearch themselves promise to donate 50% of that money to the charity fund you selected.

This toolbar also gives you an access to GoodShop, a site where you can buy goods. Here, GoodSearch will donate 30% of the money spent in every purchase. GoodSearch toolbar also includes two links, to Amazon and eBay. A percentage of every purchase made on any of these two sites will also be donated to your preferred charity. As soon as you select one, the logo (or the name) of the institution you support will be shown in the toolbar. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to that charity’s site.

This review was made for the Internet Explorer version of GoodSearch Toolbar. The Firefox version it is not downloadable, as it is installed directly from the website.
